ABOUT US:

We’re looking for someone who cares about good food, how and where it’s produced. Someone who’s inspired by seasonality and able to make simple, beautiful ingredients the star of the show. RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be fully aware of all Health and Safety policy and procedures relevant to your role and department.
Assist in the management of stock so that waste is kept to a minimum
To be fully aware of the Company’s Food policy and food handlers’ responsibilities in line with legislation and contractual obligations.
To ensure exceptional standards of service are consistently achieved.
To carry out kitchen duties in a professional and detail orientated manner, reporting to the Head & Sous chefs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work as part of a team, with good communication skills and a flexible, positive attitude.
Experience within a busy kitchen environment & ability to work well under pressure.
