We have the pleasure of being joined by Devon farmer, Ben Mortimer, who will share his knowledge on how he sustainably farms his flock of Poll Dorset’s just across the River Exe at Powderham. Our Master Butchers will also demonstrate how we traditionally butcher new season spring lamb, learning how we work with Ben to produce sustainable meat with unbeatable flavour; along with how we use the whole of each carcass, creating zero waste.
