Join us in The Farm Table for an evening with MasterChef's, Elly Wentworth & Dean Westcar.
In addition to their celebrated careers & numerous TV appearances, both Elly & Dean have mentored our Head Chef, Tom, throughout his career. It will be special for them to join him in the kitchen once again, this time in his first Head Chef role.
Guests will enjoy an exciting seasonal tasting menu curated by Elly, Dean & Tom that champions out incredible produce & reflects their distinctive styles.
Elly Wentworth
Elly is currently the Executive Chef at The Angel, Dartmouth where she has been leading the kitchen since 2018. Her tenure has earned the restaurant significant recognition, including a Michelin Plate and 2 AA Rosettes. Known for her passion for using local, seasonal ingredients, she offers a fine dining experience with her signature six-course tasting menu. Elly gained widespread attention as a finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2016 and has competed multiple times, including this year, on the Great British Menu.
Dean Westcar
Dean is currently Head Chef at Michelin-starred Lucknam Park Hotel and on the cusp of an exciting new role, as Executive Head Chef at Dumbleton Hall Hotel.
Dean was crowned South West Chef of the Year in 2014 and showcased his skills on a national stage by reaching the finals week of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2015. He further cemented his reputation as a top-tier chef by becoming a finalist for the prestigious National Chef of the Year award in 2017, the same year he received an Acorn Award, recognizing his status as a rising star in the industry.
