Join us on Wednesday 13th September at 7pm for our Gut Health Dinner in The Farm Table as part of the Taste East Devon Festival!
We will be joined by registered nutritionist, Tamara Bennett of Bennett’s Kombucha and fermentation expert, Barny Butterfield of Sandford Orchards. who will be talking all things gut health and fermentation.
The evening is not just a chance to enjoy the amazing produce from our farm & local producers, but an opportunity to discover how fermentation means flavour and get inspiration on how to get creative with preserving produce at its peak.
