Enjoy a seasonal tastings feast, celebrating ingredients from our field, farm, and local producers; fermented and cooked on fire.

With informal stories and tales from our in-house experts and brilliant local artisans, you’ll come away from the evening with an excellent knowledge of where and how your food and drink is produced and what makes it so special.

Your ticket includes a welcome drink and a 3-course tastings menu with paired drinks.
