The Bramble Cocktail

Enjoy this modern classic... a wonderful gin cocktail with a fruity flair.

* A tasty alternative is to use Tarquin’s Blackberry and Honey Gin in place of Crème De Cassis, and gives you more Gin!

In a shaker, add cubed Ice, Gin, Lemon Juice and Sugar syrup.

Shake vigorously, strain into a tumbler filled with crushed ice, add more crushed ice to give your drink some height if required.

Gently pour Crème De Cassis over the crushed ice to create a marbling effect.
