Leftover Ham, Brie & Cranberry Folded Flatbreads

A boxing day sarnie. The sweet cranberry sauce, the oozing brie, and thick honey roast ham. It's a match made in heaven.

Ingredients

200g Brie
4 Slices Leftover Darts Honey Roast Ham
4 tbsp Cranberry Sauce
4 Brioche Flatbreads (can use regualr bread)
25g Butter

Method

Open up your flatbreads and spread 1 tbsp of cranberry sauce over each flatbread.

Add 3 slices of brie to one side, top with a slice of ham and then another layer of brie. Fold the flatbread over and repeat with the other 3.

Heat the frying pan to a medium heat and add a knob of butter. Once melted, add your flatbreads. Cook for 3 minutes on each side, until they are nice and golden and the brie is gooey and melting.

Remove your flatbreads from the heat and allow to cool for 1 minute before tucking in! Enjoy!
