Join us on Wednesday 11th December in & around the Farm Shop for a series of festive masterclasses led by our in-house experts - from floral centre pieces and chocolate slabs, to butchery tips & tasting, there is something for everyone!

Learn how to make the ultimate Beef Wellingtons this Christmas with our Master Butchers!

  • Get hands on making your own mini beef wellingtons using fillet from our heard of Native Ruby Red cattle, brandy & herb pate and encased in puff pastr.y
  • Learn their top tips for preparing and cooking our local, free-range turkeys. 
  • Discover how we farm in harmony with nature to produce sustainable, home-grown and locally reared meats with unbeatable flavour!

    £29 per person. Includes two of your own mini beef wellingtons (approx. 165g each) to take home & a glass of Pebblebed still wine on arrival

Join our expert cheesemongers, alongside renowned cider maker, Barny of Sandford Orchards, will guide you through their top selections for your Christmas cheeseboard and festive tipples.

Enjoy delicious tastings and learn how to create the perfect pairings to elevate your Christmas gatherings!

£20 per person, includes delicious tastings of farmhouse cheese & a selection of festive tipples.

Enjoy a festive veg cooking demo from our head chef of The Farm Table, Tom.

Learn how to elevate your veg with simple tips, tastings & recipes using seasonal veg handpicked from our fields, from Sprout stalks, purple sprouting and red cabbage to celeriac, beetroot, and kale!

6:30pm - 7:30pm or 8pm - 9pm 

Join our Expert Florist, Tracy, who will talk you through how to create a beautiful Christmas centrepiece and then get hands on making your own festive decoration to take home!

£45 per person, includes your own arrangement to take home, and a glass of Pebblebed  Sparkling wine.

Sally-Ann will demonstrate how to get the best out of the Big Green Egg while you savour delicious tastings including rolled Turkey cooked on the BGE rotisserie, accompanied by Pigs in Blankets, stuffing and Darts seasonal vegetables... think leeks on the coals, lemon sprouts, celeriac, potatoes & honey-roasted carrots

6:45pm - 7:45pm or 8pm - 9pm 

Join our Expert Chocolatier, David who will talk you through our single origin, bean-to-bar chocolate-making process and then get hands-on as you create your own chocolate brooken slab with lots of festive toppings!  

£25 per person, includes your chocolate slab to take home, tastings and a glass of Pebblebed Sparkling wine.
