The evening promises to take guests on an immersive journey through India's rich culinary heritage featuring delicious dishes from her latest cookbook, Romy Gill's India, inspired by family recipies she enjoyed growing up. Romy will share stories from her West Bengal childhood and you'll have the rare opportunity to ask questions about her remarkable culinary journey.
