Our environmental policies ensure that we use recyclable or biodegradable packaging where possible. We also sometimes re-use cardboard outer boxes, but we will ensure to the best of our ability that your package reaches you in good condition.
We currently use DPD Couriers for all UK deliveries, who we have found very reliable, but if you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us on orders[at]dartsfarm.co.uk | Most orders will be delivered on the date selected, however please note occassionally due to traffic incidents and other DPD related issues this may not be possible - so we cannot guarantee delivery on the day selected at checkout
During these exceptionally busy periods, when all couriers, including DPD are delivering a very high volume of parcels some deliveries might be delayed and not arrive on your chosen date. If this is the case DPD will communicate and normally delivery the following day. Please consider this possibility when you place your order with Darts Farm.
During winter & other times deliveries can sometimes be delayed due to adverse weather conditions. Unforeseen traffic incidents can also affect DPD delivery.
We do not currently deliver outside the UK.
