What is a Poké bowl?

Come and join us from today as Dave and Ondine Kerley launch their new Poké bowls at the Fish Shed.

What is a Poké bowl you may ask? It’s a raw cured fish salad from Hawaii which uses a selection of fresh, colourful, seasonal ingredients.

Using the best raw ingredients, seasonal vegetables picked from our fields and locally caught fresh fish, the Fish Shed’s new poké bowls are healthy, fresh and vibrant.

Amazing Taste

After a family trip to Thailand, Dave and Ondine Kerley, owners of the award-winning Fish Shed at Darts Farm, were inspired to bring the fresh and amazing taste of Poké bowls to their menu.

These Poké bowls are definitely a treat to your taste buds, something different and healthy with a Devon twist!

Dave has said, ‘We are so lucky to live here in Devon; being one of the only counties with two coasts means we have an amazing variety of sea food, which can be caught and landed within 12 hours – you can’t get fresher than that!’
