At our recent Festive Indulgence Evening, Roastworks Coffee served up their signature Rum Flat Boi Rum Cocktail - a full on flavour sensation! They have kindly shared their recipe for you to recreate at home this festive season. They recommend making one in a thermos and taking it to the Christmas Markets!

Ingredients

  1. 8oz cup
  2. 1 shot 
  3. 1 shot of espresso 
  4. 25lm of Two Drifters rum 
  5. 12.5ml sugar syrup 
  6. 126ml of steamed, flat white textured milk 
For the sugar syrup 

A 1:1 ratio of raw cane sugar and water (boiled and cooled) 

Method

  1. Pour the sugar syrup and rum into your 8oz cup 
  2. Brew the espresso into the rum and sugar mixture 
  3. Give it a stir when the espresso has finished pouring 
  4. Steam the milk and pour into the cup
