Since opening the hatch in February 2004, husband & wife duo Dave & Ondine Kerley have been sourcing & serving up the most delicious & sustainable seafood around.

For 20 years they’ve worked directly with local boats in Exmouth & Brixham practicing low impact, traditional methods to selectively catch only what they need.

In this time, they’ve reimagined ‘fish & chips’… Of course, they nail the classics, however regulars often enjoy beautifully grilled sea bass, scallops & samphire grass, Indonesian Monkfish Curry or one of Ondines renowned Poke bowls.
